bump day – week 30 | colorado wedding photographer

planning and decorating the nursery has definitely been a highlight of the pregnancy so far. the closer we get to having the nursery finished, the more real it feels that our little lyon is almost here. we’ve done quite a bit of work on the details of the nursery lately, including coming up with a pretty cute way to store stuffed animals

total cost = $20 for the baskets from world market that we mounted to the wall

ps – these stuffed animals have come from all sorts of friends and family and their travels around the world. our little man has animals from dubai, egypt, australia, and a few places around the u.s. ya…someone’s already spoiled.

after i came up with the idea for these, nate custom designed them for our little guy. they should be back from the printer any day

more on the nursery coming together soon!! (pretty soon, all we’re gonna need is the baby to make it a real nursery:) )

how far along? 30 weeks.
maternity clothes? yes!
stretch marks? still none. they say lotions and oils don’t help, and it’s all genetics, but i’m still slappin’ it on.
sleep? ug. sleep? what’s sleep?
best moment of the week? feeling little lyon have the hiccups – 3 times in one day!
movement? tons! knees, kicks, elbows, and rolling around all the time.
symptoms: heartburn!
milestones: feeling hiccups from the little man!
miss anything? having a regular body temperature…i know it’s a particularly hot summer, but i am hot all. the. time.
food cravings: ice cream and popsicles! i blame the heat.
belly button in or out? out!
wedding rings on or off? on!
